420: The Musical was written in 2011 by Buffalo comedian, John Kehoe, with music by Laura Lonski. Since 2012, the show has been performed with great success in Buffalo area venues including Wasteland Studios and Subversive Theatre. Currently, the show is set to take over Milkie's on Elmwood for their April 2015 shows.
Synopsis: 420: The Musical is a story about an uptight pot smoker, Jerry, and his journey through the Land of 420 as he finds the true meaning of happiness. The show has been noted for its quirky nature set apart from traditional theatre performances. Any attendee to a 420 show is likely to feel as though they are participating in a unique experience. Cast members make use of the entire space and their entrances come right through the audience, giving patrons the idea they are actually in the Land of 420. Pillows and blankets are always available in lieu of front row seats, inviting audience members to relax and enjoy the show as comfortably as possible, a tradition in the spirit of 420. And of course, every show provides the audience with free "munchies" including but not limited to chips, popcorn, and candy.

420: The Musical is sponsored by HeadSpace Glass & Gifts. Present your ticket at any of their stores (Niagara Falls Blvd or Elmwood Ave) and receive 15% off your next purchase! Valid after 4/20/15. Tickets to the show will be on sale at HeadSpace 3/27-4/20.
